Error in Agent Metrics

I am sorry you are experiencing an error while running the software. We have seen this error when the user is using an older version of the BrokerMetrics or AgentMetrics software. We updated the software just a couple of months ago and I have included the link below for the software to be reinstalled on the system. If the user continues to experience a problem after reinstalling the software please let us know.
