ToolKit CMA Logon Issues

Sign on Issues:

1. 

  Issue:

  "Error: The following required data was not submitted, and the process has been aborted.

Valid Email Address

Please contact your intranet administrator to correct your record."

  Solution:

Contact the SolutionCenter, they will need to put your email address into the Single Sign On "FoxRoachEmail" field.

2. 

Issue:

"Account is Disabled, please contact your administrator"

Solution:

Contact the SoltuionCenter, they will need to locate your ID and reactivated it.  Accounts become de-actiavtaed when not used for 6 months stretch of time.
